01 · 适用范围01 · Scope

本政策适用于小芽（LittleSprout）Apple Watch 应用及配套的隐私政策、用户手册网页。小芽由小芽开发者提供，隐私与支持联系邮箱为 LeonHourse0201@outlook.com。

This policy applies to the LittleSprout Apple Watch app and its privacy policy and user guide website. The app is provided by the LittleSprout developer, reachable at LeonHourse0201@outlook.com for privacy and support inquiries.

小芽提供虚拟伙伴、故事与回忆，以及手动时间记录、喝水记录和定时专注。伙伴名字、年龄、性格、背景和故事均用于虚拟陪伴，不要求填写真实个人或儿童资料。

LittleSprout offers virtual companions, stories and memories, manual time and water logs, and focus timers. Companion names, ages, personalities, backgrounds and stories are fictional; you do not need to enter real personal information or information about a child.

02 · 保存在设备上的数据02 · Data stored on your device

应用在手表本地处理和保存下列内容，用于恢复进度、展示回忆和运行相应工具，不向开发者服务器上传：

The app processes and stores the following on your watch to restore progress, display memories and run its tools. It does not upload these records to a developer server:

• 伙伴与故事：你输入的伙伴名字、称呼、性格及背景，成长进度与速度、故事选择、日常旅程、小物、互动记录和纪念内容。
• 生活记录：你手动记录的工作、休闲、睡眠、运动起止时间及修改、补记内容。
• 工具与偏好：喝水次数、提醒时间、专注计时进度、通知与声音偏好，以及避免重复记录所需的本地状态。
• 故障恢复文件：在无法读取成长存档且你确认重新开始时，应用会将原文件保留在本机恢复目录，避免直接覆盖。

• Companion and stories: the name, form of address, personality and background you enter; growth progress and rate; story choices; daily journeys, keepsakes, interactions and memories.
• Life logs: start and end times you manually record for work, leisure, sleep and exercise, including edits and added entries.
• Tools and preferences: water counts, reminder times, focus timer progress, notification and sound preferences, and local state used to prevent duplicate entries.
• Recovery files: if a growth save cannot be read and you confirm a restart, the original file is kept in a local recovery folder rather than overwritten.

当前版本没有应用账号、开发者后端、广告、使用行为分析或第三方追踪 SDK；不进行跨应用追踪，不出售个人信息，不读取通讯录、精确位置、照片、麦克风录音或 HealthKit 健康数据。生活状态和喝水次数由你手动记录，并非传感器测量。

The current version has no app account, developer backend, ads, usage analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not track across apps, sell personal information, or access contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings or HealthKit data. Life activities and water counts are entered manually, not measured by sensors.

03 · 通知与 Apple 系统服务03 · Notifications and Apple services

喝水和专注提醒分别由你主动开启，使用设备上的本地通知。只有启用提醒时才会请求系统通知权限。关闭提醒不妨碍手动记录或计时；伙伴小心愿不发送通知，也不触发振动。

Water and focus reminders are enabled separately by you and use local notifications on the device. Notification permission is requested only when you enable reminders. Logging and timing still work without reminders. Companion wishes do not send notifications or trigger haptics.

通知中可能出现伙伴名字或你设置的称呼。你可以关闭应用内对应提醒、声音，或通过手表／配对 iPhone 的系统通知设置调整展示方式；锁屏显示、触感和专注模式由系统控制。

Notifications may display your companion’s name or chosen form of address. You can turn off reminders or sounds in the app and adjust presentation in the watch or paired iPhone notification settings. Lock-screen visibility, haptics and Focus behavior are controlled by the system.

系统输入、设备备份、购买和 Apple 自行提供的诊断等系统服务由 Apple 管理，适用 Apple 隐私政策及你的系统设置。应用没有自建云同步或导入导出功能，不能保证换表、卸载或重新安装后恢复回忆。

System input, device backups, purchases and diagnostics provided independently by Apple are managed by Apple under its Privacy Policy and your system settings. The app has no app-level cloud sync or import/export feature and cannot guarantee that memories can be recovered after changing watches, removing or reinstalling the app.

04 · VIP 与购买信息04 · VIP and purchase information

应用已接入 Apple StoreKit，用于一次性 VIP 买断及恢复购买。商品开放时，系统可能联网获取商品、处理支付和核对权益；是否能够购买及价格以应用内 Apple 商店实际显示为准。当前准备版本尚未开放 VIP 购买。

The app integrates Apple StoreKit for a one-time VIP purchase and purchase restoration. When a product is available, the system may connect to Apple to load products, process payments and check access. Availability and price are shown in the app’s Apple purchase flow. VIP purchasing is not yet enabled in the current preparation build.

应用在设备端读取并验证 Apple 提供的交易信息，例如商品标识、交易标识、购买及撤销状态，用于判断是否拥有 VIP。应用不获取你的银行卡信息或 Apple 账户密码，也不把本地伙伴和生活记录发送给 Apple 作为购买内容。开发者未设置支付服务器。

On the device, the app reads and verifies transaction information supplied by Apple, such as product and transaction identifiers and purchase or revocation status, to determine VIP access. The app does not receive your card details or Apple Account password and does not send companion or life logs to Apple as purchase data. The developer has no payment server.

Apple 的商店服务按其 App Store 与隐私说明处理购买相关信息。恢复购买可能要求 Apple 账户验证；它恢复的是已验证的付费权益，不会恢复已丢失的本地伙伴或回忆。

Apple handles purchase-related information under its App Store & Privacy notice. Restoring purchases may require Apple Account authentication. It restores verified paid access, not lost local companions or memories.

05 · 保留、修改与删除05 · Retention, editing and deletion

本地记录用于持续陪伴，通常保留至你主动删除、重置或移除应用数据。开发者无法远程查看、修改或代为删除手表上的记录。你可以：

Local records support your ongoing companionship and generally remain until you delete or reset them or remove the app’s data. The developer cannot remotely view, edit or delete your watch’s records. You can:

• 在伙伴设置中修改称呼和性格；在“回忆 → 时间记录”中逐条修改、删除生活时间记录。
• 在“设置 → 重新开始陪伴”中确认清除当前伙伴和伙伴回忆。此操作与生活时间记录分开。
• 在设置中单独清空生活时间记录；请阅读每次操作的确认提示。
• 通过系统删除应用及其本地数据。系统备份中的副本需按 Apple 提供的设备／备份设置管理。

• Edit the form of address and personality in companion settings, and edit or delete individual life entries in Memories → Time Logs.
• Confirm Restart Companionship in Settings to clear the current companion and companion memories. Life time logs are managed separately.
• Clear life time logs separately in Settings. Read each confirmation carefully.
• Use the system to remove the app and its local data. Copies in system backups must be managed through Apple’s device and backup settings.

普通“重新开始陪伴”不会自动清理此前保留的故障恢复文件。当前没有这些文件的单独清理、导入或导出入口。完整移除本地应用数据可能同时移除它们；系统备份中的历史副本不由应用控制。

A normal Restart Companionship does not automatically remove recovery files retained from an earlier failure. There is currently no separate in-app cleanup, import or export control for these files. Removing all local app data may also remove them; historical copies in system backups are outside the app’s control.

06 · 支持邮件与网站访问06 · Support email and website visits

如果你主动发送支持邮件，我们会收到邮件地址、正文以及你自愿附上的截图或附件，仅用于答复、排查问题和处理相关请求。邮件由所使用的邮件服务商传递和存储。请勿发送账号密码、支付卡信息或不必要的私人记录。

If you send a support email, we receive your email address, message and any screenshots or attachments you choose to include, to respond, investigate and handle your request. Email is transmitted and stored through the email services used. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary private records.

支持沟通保留至处理请求及必要后续事项所需的期间，不用于广告或销售。你可以发邮件要求访问、更正或删除自己提供的内容；我们会在核实请求后，按适用要求处理。依法必须保留或为解决争议所必需的部分除外。

Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your request and necessary follow-up, and is not used for advertising or sale. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. We will verify and handle the request under applicable requirements, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

这两张网页没有广告、统计脚本、第三方字体、追踪 Cookie 或在线表单。网页仅在浏览器本地保存你主动选择的语言；清除本网站的浏览器数据即可删除该偏好。禁用本地存储时仍可切换语言。

These pages contain no ads, analytics scripts, third-party fonts, tracking cookies or online forms. They only store your chosen language locally in your browser; clearing this site’s browser data removes the preference. Language switching also works when local storage is blocked.

访问公开网页时，托管及网络服务仍可能为提供页面与保障安全处理 IP 地址、访问时间、请求路径和浏览器信息等技术日志，其具体保留方式取决于最终托管服务的设置与政策。本网页代码不会主动将应用存档或浏览器语言偏好上传给开发者。

When you visit the published website, hosting and network services may process technical logs such as IP address, access time, request path and browser information to serve and secure the pages. Specific retention depends on the final host’s settings and policies. This page code does not actively upload app saves or your stored browser language preference to the developer.

07 · 信息共享、安全与儿童隐私07 · Sharing, security and children’s privacy

我们不出售、出租或以广告为目的共享个人信息。除提供上述系统、邮件和托管服务所需处理、你明确要求的支持事项，或适用法律要求外，不向其他第三方披露你提供的信息。

We do not sell, rent or share personal information for advertising. Information you supply is not disclosed to other third parties except as needed for the system, email and hosting services described above, support you explicitly request, or applicable legal requirements.

请妥善管理设备、系统账号、通知可见范围与备份。设备故障、误删和未经授权的设备访问都可能影响本地记录；任何存储和传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

Protect your device, system account, notification visibility and backups. Device failure, accidental deletion or unauthorized device access can affect local records. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

虚拟宝宝不代表用户的真实年龄，应用不要求提供真实儿童信息。若儿童使用本应用，建议监护人协助管理系统权限及购买。若你认为支持沟通中包含不应提供的儿童个人信息，请联系我们处理。

A virtual baby does not represent the user’s real age, and the app does not ask for real children’s information. If a child uses the app, a guardian should help manage system permissions and purchases. Contact us if you believe support correspondence includes a child’s personal information that should not have been supplied.

你可以按上文管理本地数据和权限，也可通过邮箱提出隐私问题或行使适用法律赋予的权利。我们无法从开发者端调取仅保存在你设备上的记录。

You can manage local data and permissions as described above, or email us with privacy questions or to exercise rights under applicable law. The developer cannot retrieve records that exist only on your device.

08 · 更新与联系08 · Updates and contact

功能或信息处理方式变化时，我们会更新本政策，并在本页标注更新日期。涉及新的个人信息处理时，会在相应功能中提供必要说明及选择。

If features or data handling change, we will update this policy and its update date. Where new processing of personal information is involved, relevant features will provide the necessary information and choices.
